About My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. I create a space where you feel safe to speak openly and where your experiences are met with curiosity.

I draw from several therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of each person, including trauma-informed care, parts-based work, and practical coping strategies that support emotional regulation and build capacity to meet life's challenges.

Together we explore patterns that may be creating difficulty while developing tools that help you move toward the life you want.

Professional Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Nevada license #11137-C) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Earlier in my career, I worked closely with schools, families, and educators and helped develop social work services within my local school district. This provided valuable experience supporting children and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges.

In recent years my work has expanded into clinical practice within community mental health settings, where I continue to support individuals and families facing a wide range of experiences including trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major transitions.

Why I Do This Work

I believe people grow and heal in relationship with one another when there is compassion, curiosity, and emotional safety. Our struggles often make sense in the context of our life experiences, relationships, and the environments we have moved through.

These experiences, along with my ongoing commitment to learning and personal growth, continue to shape the way I approach therapy — with humility, respect, and genuine care for the people I have the privilege to work with.
